《禮》曰：食居人之左，羹居人之右。毋嚃羹，亦嫌欲疾。嚃，不嚼菜也，音敕答切。毋絮羹。為其詳於味。絮猶調也。絮，敕處切。客絮羹，主人辭不能烹。羹之有菜者用挾，無菜者不用挾。 又曰：雉羹、雞羹、兔羹、芼羹，食自諸侯已下，至於庶人，無等。羹，食之主。 又曰：子卯稷食菜羹，忌日貶也。夫人與君同庖。不時殺也。 又曰：不能食粥，羹之以菜可也。謂性不能者，可食飯菜羹。 又曰：大饗之禮尚玄酒，而俎腥魚，大羹不和，有遺味者矣。 |
