| 28 | 己丑，吏部侍郎、參知政事溫仲舒罷為禮部尚書、樞宻副使、給事中夏侯嶠罷為戸部侍郎。 樞宻副使、户部侍郎向敏中，加兵部侍郎、參知政事。翰林學士楊礪為工部侍郎。宋湜為給事中，并為樞宻副使。 先是，有攀附居近職者，乘寵放恣，民家子，既定，昬彊取之，其家詣開封訴焉，知府事畢士安即請對，白其事，卒得民家子還其父母，使成昬攀附者日夜訴士安于上前，士安因求解府事，上許之，復入翰林為學士，翰林學士承㫖宋白嘗獻擬陸贄《牓子集，上察其意欲干事任，乃命白權知開封府，既而白自倦于聽斷，不半嵗，亦丐罷云。 詔縣尉司無得置獄。庚寅，上謂輔臣曰：「群臣中有謗言逹于朕聽者，詢之於衆，似得其實。然人誰無過，但能循省遷革，則為善矣。朕固不以一𤯝廢終身之用也」。 |
