222  | 张圆，字直之，河南偃师人。有吏才。为河中府法曹㕘军，摄虞乡令，有能名，遂署河东从事，又摄绛州事。元和四年，有事适东方，卒于汴。友人韩愈为作《墓碣铭》。李绛，字深之，赵郡赞皇人。第进士。元和中，为翰林学士。乌重𦙍缚，卢从史吐突承璀牒署昭义，拜中书侍郎、同平章事，留后。绛曰：「泽、潞据山东要害，邢、洺跨两河间，可制其合従。今孽竖就擒，方收威柄，遽以偏将涖本军，纲纪大紊矣。河南、北诸镇，谓啗以官爵，使逐其帅，其肯黙然哉？宜以孟元阳为泽潞，而以重𦙍节度三城，两河诸侯闻之必欣然」。上从之。寻以足疾求免。十四年，检校吏部尚书、河中观察使。河中故节制，而皇甫鎛恶绛，薄其恩，议者不直。鎛得罪，复召为兵部尚书，累迁检校司空、节度山南西道，军乱遇害，諡曰贞。绛在华州，尝请罢捕鹞户，诏并泽、潞、太原、天威府罢之。 |
