1  | 世宗嘉靖五年秋七月，妖人李福达坐死。福达，山西代州崞县人，一名午。初以妖贼王良谋反，事发，戍山丹卫。逃还，改名五，窜居陕西洛川县。与季父越同倡白社妖术，为弥勒佛教，诱愚民。啸聚数千人，大掠鄜州、洛川诸处，杀掠亡算。己而官兵追剿，捕得越及其党何蛮汉等诛之。福达跳去，占籍徐沟县。变姓名为张寅，贿县中大姓以为同宗，编立宗谱，涂人耳目。已，又挟重赀入京，窜入匠籍，输粟为山西太原卫指挥。其子大仁、大义、大礼俱补匠役。以烧炼术往来武定侯郭勋。后仍往同戈镇，其仇薛良首发之。福达惧，逸入京。官司捕其二子按系之，福达窘，乃自诣狱置对。先后鞫讯者，代州知州杜蕙、胡伟，证之者李景全等。具狱上布政司李璋、按察司徐文华等，复上巡按御史张英，皆如讯。独巡抚毕昭谓：「福达果张寅，为仇家诬所致。」反其狱，以居民戚广等为证，坐良罪。狱未竟，昭乞侍养去。会御史马录按山西，复穷治之，传爰书如前讯。勋为遗书嘱免，录不从，拟福达谋反，妻子缘坐。飞章劾勋党逆贼，并上其手书。帝下之都察院，席书亦助勋为福达地。大理寺评事杜鸾上言劾勋及书，乞将二人先正国法，徐命多官集议福达之罪。不报。都察院覆奏李福达罪状，宜行山西抚、按官移狱三司会鞫。 |
