113  | 八曰：守成宪。盖创业之君，其得之难也，故其防患也，深其虑之远也，故其立法密如也，或有过不及，可损益以就中，苟为宜民，当守而勿失，且如南京龙蟠虎踞，气旺地灵，水陆交通，四方辐辏之地。我太祖高皇帝定鼎于此，良有以也。伏愿终丧之后，上顺天心，下慰人望（《广本》、《抱本》「人」作「民」），苏南方转输之劳，省北地供给之费，仍置留守于北京，以备时巡，则祖宗帝业永全，而南北之人心皆悦。 |
