77  | 再按：時人發溫熱之表，二、三日汗不出者，即云斑疹蔽伏，不惟用升、柴、羌、葛，且重以山川柳發之。不知山川柳一歲三花，故得三春之名，俗轉音三春為山川，此柳古稱檉木，詩所謂「其檉其椐」者是也。其性大辛大溫，生發最速，橫枝極細，善能入絡，專發虛寒白疹，若溫熱氣血沸騰之赤疹，豈非見之如仇乎？夫善治溫病者，原可不必出疹，即有邪鬱二、三日，或三、五日，既不得汗，有不得不疹之勢，亦可重者化輕，輕者化無，若一派辛溫剛燥，氣受其災而移於血，豈非自造斑疹乎？再時醫每於疹已發出，便稱放心，不知邪熱熾甚之時，正當謹慎，一有疏忽，為害不淺。再疹不忌瀉，若裏結須微通之，不可令大泄，致內虛下陷，法在中焦篇。 |
