106  | 自有詩以來，求其盡一代之人，取古人之詩之氣體聲辭篇章字句，節節摩仿而不容纖毫自致其性情，蓋未有如前明者。國初諸老，尚多沿襲。獨橫山起而力破之，作原詩內外篇，盡掃古今盛衰正變之膚說，而極論不可明言之理與不可明言之情與事，必欲自具胸襟，不徒求諸詩之中而止。然其所謂不可明言者，亦卒歸於不可言；其言者，皆可言者也。後之學詩者，返求諸性情學術，毋執其可言者，以為不可言者即在於是，庶上可與古人冥合，而下無負作者之盛心歟！癸卯冬日吳江沈楙悳識。 |
