75  |  〔𢛢，卽「恆」〕常也常當作長古長久字衹作長淺人稍稍分別乃或借下帬之常為之故至集韵乃有一曰久也之訓而篇韵皆無之此俗字之不可不正者也時之長與尺寸之長非有二義从心舟在二之閒上下上下猶往復也心㠯舟施恆也謂往復遙遠而心以舟運旋歷久不變恆之意也宙下曰舟車所極復也此說會意之 〔𠄨〕古文恆从月此篆轉寫譌舛旣云从月則左當作 不當作夕也若汗𥳑則左作舟而右亦同此不可曉又按門部之古文閒作●缺字：卽「𨳢」，但其中「亻」作篆文之形。葢古文月字略似外字古文恆直是二中月耳詩曰如月之恆小雅天保文此說从月之意非謂毛詩作𠄨也傳曰恆弦也按詩之恆本亦作緪謂張弦也月上弦而就盈於是有恆久之義故古文从月 |
