《第八卷嚴明》
1  | 觀易之象，雷電皆至，豐，而曰「君子以折獄致刑」；山下有火，賁，而曰「君子以明庶政，無敢折獄」。蓋獄者民之命，折獄者貴乎明，而尤不敢輕用其明。龜鑒有書，所以推廣其明，而示人以謹重之意也。宜春郡齋舊有折獄龜鑒，歲久，字畫漫漶，覽者病之。餘叨守既數月，獄訟簡清，公暇出篋中所藏一編參訂，遴匠重刊，俾覽者充拓聞見，如龜決疑，如鑒燭物，是亦惟良折獄之一助云。景定辛酉四月上浣天台趙時槖謹書。 |
