52  | 戊午，升国子祭酒兼翰林院侍讲胡俨为太子宾客仍兼祭酒，命致事（《广本》、《晨本》「事」作「仕」），赐敕谕曰：「卿以文学事我太宗皇帝，首居翰林，继升谕德（《宝训》无「升谕德」三字），辅朕春宫，未几，升掌监学（《广本》、《抱本》「学」作「事」，《宝训》与馆本同），先皇帝之宠儒者，与儒者之遇，圣明皆至，盛矣！而卿居太学，不数岁，复召入翰林职史事，效劳滋多。朕嗣位以来，笃念旧人，而卿以疾不见者数年，昨因命卿侍皇太子讲读，乃闻卿疾日增，弗任厥劳，朕用悯然（《晨本》「然」作「焉」），特进卿为太子宾客，仍兼祭酒，致其事还乡，已敕户部，免卿子孙杂泛差役，令侍卿终身，卿其端志坦怀，以率乡里，优游桑梓，以乐余年，用副朕始终礼待之意，钦哉！」 |
