21  | 「徒弟呀，我們還是死了還是活著？」豬一戒嚇得身子只是發抖，那裡答應得出？沙彌勉強應道：「我們進了這座城來，活是莫想活了！但此時尚有氣說話，還象是未曾死的。」唐半偈道：「既未曾死，你可細細訪問這是什麼所在？」沙彌道：「大家跌得昏天黑地，叫我那裡去訪問？」唐半偈道：「豬一戒為何不做聲？」沙彌道：「他要趕進城來吃齋，想是齋吃多了，說不出話來。」豬一戒睡在地下，聽見沙彌說他，沒奈何，咕咕唧唧的說道：「兄弟，莫要取笑我了，我也是好意思要趕路，誰知造化低，忽被孽風吹到此處，睜著眼看不見天，莫非此處又是一個羅剎鬼國？」沙彌道：「若是鬼國也還該齊整些，怎這所在摸了去齷齷齪齪，不成個世界，莫非走到地獄裏來了？」 |
