36  | 至萬歷十五年，沁水決武陟東岸蓮花池、金屹𡽊，新鄉、獲嘉盡淹沒。廷議築堤障之。都御史楊一魁言：「黃河從沁入衛，此故道也。自河徙，而沁與俱南，衛水每涸。宜引沁入衛，不使助河為虐。」部覆言：「沁入黃，衛入漕，其來已久。頃沁水決木欒蓮花口而東，一魁因建此議。而科臣常居敬往勘，言：『衛輝府治卑於河，恐有衝激。且沁水多沙，入漕反為患，不如堅築決口，廣闢河身』。」乃罷其議。 |
