1  | 太嶽彭先生，少嗜博綜，壯多制作，即驅車逰，宦解綬歸田，或出或處，皆諷頌之，林以風以雨成捜羅之●，以故緒至繁而成統，物無一而不該，累嵗窮年，始竣斯集。然編纂雖勤，校讐未力，夢楹既逺，觿佩逾踈，每手斯篇，不勝喟嘆。乃句章馮重夫先生雅好其書，每曰：希世之珍，非一隅之玩，鸞龍之采，豈奥窔之觀。彭先生研精畢世，極力斯編，而藏不出緘縢，施不越里閈，是必如三十世初行《左傳》五百嵗，始知子雲乃慊於瞶瞶者哉？古人云：或藏之名山，或傳之通邑、大都皆後死者之責也，子與其三薫而十襲之，曷如就金陵訂正修全，令不徑走四裔，而若楊子幼之為太史公闡繹者乎？且子既亟，亟為茂秦表章，而況先生托在戚懿，死而有知，其屬望於子，又當何如邪？予有感於重夫先生之言，又實於先生有肺腑之義，於是力荷補修，務期完善，遂邀伯馨、伯韶諸內兄拮据數月，始睹成事，於以見彭氏子之多賢而併紀重夫先生贊成之力不淺也。如曰懷古之情，有生同抱，憐才之感賢豪特深，則髙山、景行俟諸同好，而小子不敏，何足以當之。時萬厯己未，上元日，孫壻張幼學頓首手記於因篤樓。 |
