173  | 十三日，周全斌等又報偽院數時再吊調兵馬並封大小船五百餘號，另吊調石匠、篾匠、火藥數儎。又瑞安港現封小艇百餘只並拆厝絞排配運大炮，給發行糧，在此十四、五間來犯磐石、沙園等處。藩再馳諭機宜：『國祚見我碁布已密，斷無來犯之理，特虛張掩人耳目耳。如來，照會前日機宜而行，萬無一失』。慮竟無來犯。 |
