《辨証奇聞卷五》
4  | 一吐逆不得食，又不得二便，此五志厥陽火太盛，不能榮陰，遏抑心包，頭上有汗，乃心液外亡，自焚于中，此關格最危症。人謂氣不通，用麝、片，必耗真氣，反致歸陰。法宜調營衛，不偏陰偏陽，不治關格，惟求中焦握樞而運，漸透于上下之間，自能榮氣先通，衛氣不閉，因勢導之，勢無扜格。用和中啟關湯：麥冬、白芍五錢，人參、甘草五分，柏子仁三錢，滑石（敲碎）、黃連一錢，桂枝三分，花粉錢半。一劑吐止，二劑下通。此解散中焦火，更舒肝氣，肝氣平，火熱自滅。最妙在黃連、桂枝安心交腎，和腎交心，心腎交，營衛陰陽各相和好，上下二焦安能堅閉。此和解善于開關。 |
