148  | 火逆下之因燒針煩躁属桂枝甘草龍車牡蠣湯太陽病脈浮而動數浮則為風數則為熱動則為痛數則為虚頭痛發热㣲盗汗出而反𢙣寒其表未觧醫反下之動數則遟頭痛即眩一云膈內拒痛胃中空虚客氣動膈短氣躁煩心中懊憹陽氣內䧟心下因堅則為結𦙄屬大䧟𦙄湯若不結𦙄但頭汗出其餘无有斉頸而还小便不利身必發黃傷寒五六日嘔而發熱柴胡湯證具而以佗藥下之柴胡證仍在復与柴胡湯此雖以下不為逆也必蒸蒸而振卻發热汗出而觧●心下滿而堅痛者此為結𦙄属大䧟𦙄湯●但滿而不痛者此為痞柴胡復不中与也屬半夏㵼心湯夲以下之故心下痞与之瀉心其痞不觧其人渇而口燥小便不利者屬五苓散一方言忍之一日乃愈傷寒中風醫及下之其人下利日数十行榖不化腹中雷鳴心下痞堅而滿乾嘔而煩不能得安醫見心下痞為病不尽復重下之其痞益甚此非結热但胃中虚客氣上逆故使之堅属甘草瀉心湯 |
