8  | 漢，南陽文穎，字叔長，建安中為甘陵府丞，過界止宿，夜三鼓時，夢見一人跪前曰：「昔我先人，葬我於此，水來湍墓，棺木溺，漬水處半，然無以自溫。聞君在此，故來相依，欲屈明日暫住須臾，幸為相遷高燥處。」鬼披衣示穎，而皆沾濕。穎心愴然，即寤。語諸左右。曰：「夢為虛耳亦何足怪。」穎乃還眠向寐處，夢見謂穎曰：「我以窮苦告君，奈何不相愍悼乎？」穎夢中問曰：「子為誰？」對曰：「吾本趙人，今屬汪芒氏之神。」穎曰：「子棺今何所在？」對曰：「近在君帳北十數步水側枯楊樹下，即是吾也。天將明，不復得見，君必念之。」穎答曰：「喏！」忽然便寤。天明，可發，穎曰：「雖曰夢不足怪，此何太適。」左右曰：「亦何惜須臾，不驗之耶？」穎即起，率十數人將導順水上，果得一枯楊，曰：「是矣。」掘其下，未幾，果得棺。棺甚朽壞，沒半水中。穎謂左右曰：『向聞於人，謂之虛矣；世俗所傳，不可無驗。」為移其棺，葬之而去。 |
