63  | 漢、魏時，惟聽西域人立寺都邑，至石虎敬事胡僧佛圖，澄國人化之，始造寺，削髮出家，則是中國人為僧，始于石虎時也。僧曰闡士，曰開士，曰乞士，曰大士，曰上人，曰徳士，曰比丘，曰善覺，曰沙門，曰乗門，曰浮屠，曰苾蒭高年僧，曰耆臘，曰老宿高僧，曰賢懿男僧，曰優婆塞僧，有妻，曰梵，嫂曰房老，又曰火宅僧，僧衣曰袈裟，梵語本作加沙，至梁葛洪撰，字苑方。添衣，一名無垢衣，一名離塵服，一名忍辱鎧，一名消瘦衣，一名田相衣，一名水田衣，一名稻畦帔，遊行僧曰飛錫安住，僧曰掛錫僧，剃髮曰祝髮，又曰剗草。又按《尊勝經》，苾蒭本草，名有五義：一生不背日，二冬夏常青，三性體柔軟，四香氣遠騰，五、引蔓布條。 |
