36  | 真定崔使擢卿相，繼宰兩邑建平而崇仁俱有羙政，昔得之傳聞，今得之親，見適一二客，来過周行，東西南北之人也，頗通四方政俗善評，一時人物相與聚談，其一曰：崔侯何以能若是？其一曰史侯喬木故家也。同知真定路總管府事之孫，兩浙江淮漕運使之子。史崔真定，巨室二姓，世為婚姻侯，丞相，史忠武公之孫壻，其舅兩道宣慰使則丞相之從子，其外祖五路萬戶，則丞相之昆弟也，內外兩族，仕宦赫奕，世徳可師，家範可采，固與寒門新進之居官者不同也，而予之子文留邑，日從侯游處，携侯孝行詩巻以歸，葢侯初仕常孰州判官，居家養母，寕不赴官，士大夫嘉其行，有詩頌羙者，累數十余，獲觀之。夫以天性之愛，根於心者為重，人爵之貴加於身者，為古人之常事，今世則希有侯能，為今世之所希，由其資識之超於人也。孝者百行之首。居家而孝於親，則居官而慈於民者餘事爾。侯之行為孝子，其政之為循吏也宜。 |
