四月，吐蕃發使隨韋倫入貢，上命歸其俘。建中實錄曰：「及境，境上守陴者焚樓櫓，棄城壁而去。初，吐蕃既得河、湟之地，土宇日廣，守兵勞弊，以國家始因用胡為邊將而致禍，故得河、隴之士約五十萬人，以為非族類也，無賢愚莫敢任者，悉以為婢僕，故其人苦之。及見倫歸國，皆毛裘蓬首，窺覷墻隙，或槌心隕泣，或東向拜舞，及宻通章疏，言蕃之虛實，望王師之若嵗焉，君子曰：惜乎！人心之可乗也，若逾代之後，斯人既沒，後生安於所習，難乎哉？此恐沈既濟之溢羙，且欲附楊炎復河、隴之說耳。今不取。五月，劉海賔殺劉文喜，邠志曰：詔李懐光、朱泚並軍誅之。師圍涇州數月不㧞，文喜使其子求救于吐蕃，蕃衆將至，光泚議退兵以避之。都逰奕使韓逰瓌争之曰：西戎若圖涇，衆必變，義不為文喜沒身于戎虜。秋七月，西蕃率騎登髙麾涇人，涇人果曰：始吾為文，喜求節度耳。今師致討，困則歸之，安能赤土塗面為異方之人乎！劉海賔因之殺文喜，以衆降泚，泚無所戮，涇人徳之，萌泚之亂亦自此始」。按是時吐蕃通好，無入援文喜事。又實錄此月涇州平，而邠志云七月西蕃至，皆相違。今從建中實錄。
