帝自將巡邉，敗烏梁海濟勒黙特之衆于寛河，帝次石門驛，聞烏梁海濟勒黙特萬餘人已入塞，乃留大軍於遵化，而自率精騎三千人，人二騎，持十日糧，出喜峰口，遇敵於寛河，帝親射其前峰，殪三人，分鐡騎為兩翼夾擊之，飛矢如雨，神機礟並發，烏梁海人馬死者過半，帝親率百餘騎追奔，其衆望見黃龍旂，悉下馬羅拜請降，遂生縛之，斬其驍渠，命諸將搜山谷，獲軍器馬駝，不可勝計。質實，寛河在今喀爾沁左翼，南源出寛山，東流，㑹額類河入 盛京，寧逺州東石門驛，在遵化州西，有鎮。九月，帝還京師。
