3  | 九月末收葉，晚收則黃落。仍留根取子。十月中，犂麤㽟，力輟反，耕地起土也。拾取耕出者。若不耕㽟，則留者英不茂，實不繁也。其葉作葅。擬作乾菜及䖆女亮反。葅者，䖆葅者，次年正月始作耳，須留第一好菜擬之。割訖則尋手擇治而辮並善切。之，勿待萎；萎而後辮則爛。挂著屋下陰中風涼處，勿令煙熏。煙熏則苦。燥則上在廚積置以苫之。積時宜候天陰潤，不尔多碎折。久不苫則澁也。 |
