296  | 酒之種類多矣，有以綠為貴者，白樂天所謂傾如竹葉盈尊綠是也。有以黃為貴者，老、杜所謂鵝兒黃似酒是也。有以白為貴者，樂天所謂玉液黃金巵是也。有以碧為貴者，老杜所謂「重碧酤新酒」是也。有以紅為貴者，李賀所謂「小槽酒滴真珠紅」是也。今閩、廣間所釀酒，謂之「紅酒」，其色殆類胭脂。《酉陽雜俎》載賈𤨿家蒼頭能別水，常乗小艇於黃河中，以瓠■〈瓜句〉接河源水，以釀酒經宿色如絳，名為「昆崙觴」，是又紅酒之尤也。 |
