26  | 時亳州醫者孫士明擅用黃紙大書，勅賜「神針先生等十二字，紙尾年月，摹作寶様朱篆「青龍」二字，以誑市人，有司捕治欵伏，值赦，大理寺議，宜準偽造御寶，雖㑹赦，不應原。㕘知政事賈鋐奏：「天子八寶，其文各異，若偽造不限用泥及黃蠟，今用筆描成青龍二字，既非八寶文論，以偽造御寳，非本注意。上悟，遂以赦原。章宗大赦凡四，又曲赦一，以如氷井，赦西北路，又赦凡三：一以山東路災一，唐鄧、頴、蔡、宿、泗六州，一、鳯成、西和、階山五州，又徳音凡四：一以河北、山東旱，一以羣臣累上尊號不受，一以皇子生，一以邊事定。衛紹王大安元年正月，改元，大赦。 三月，道陵禮成，大赦。 崇慶元年正月，改元，赦。 |
