92  | 後成化二十一年正月，以星變詔赦天下。英宗天順元年四月，命給監候囚犯米日一升，時都御史耿九疇以此奏請，帝曰：「淹囚待勘日久，家鄉離逺，不能無饑瘐者，其如所請給之」。等，謹按：此係洪武舊制，二十四年革去，至正統二年，刑部侍郎何文淵言：給罪人衣糧，具有律文，近惟錦衣衛行之夫，罪人有去，家乆且逺者，有孑然一身者，有貧且老疾者，其衣食何自仰給？徃往有因饑寒死者，宜令內外法司舉行如錦衣衛」。帝命法司議行。十四年，奏準日給米一升，且令有贓罰破碎衣服，分給穿用，至是，又申明之云。十月，釋建庶人文圭。 |
