63  | 限正月內，江西、浙江限二月內，其不過淮之山東、河南二省，限正月盡數開行，如有司無糧，軍衛，船不齊備，以致過淮違悞，督撫糧道監兑官，計違限一月至三月以上者，各降罸有差。如兑糧及期，領運等官沿途違悞者，計違限十日至一月，責革有差。經徵州縣衛所等官船到無米，有米無船，過十二日至二月者，各降罰有差。漕督通漕有催䟎之責，過淮以後，河督亦有催䟎之責，如過淮及期而到，通遲悞者，河漕二督及沿河鎮道將領、州縣等官，亦照督撫糧道監兑官例議處。至康熈五十一年，増定違限一、二月者，如舊例行。違限二月以上或七十日者，督撫降一級，戴罪督催糧道監兑，官降二級調用。八，九十日者，督撫降一級留任，糧道監兑官，降二級調用。至雍正十三年，題准山東臨清牐內之船，照定例行，其牐外之船，限次年二月兑開。乾隆九年，又題准江南松江府漕船必由蓴柳澱山等湖，湖南經涉洞庭，江西必由鄱陽，各帮船於過淮，原限外寛限十日。 |
