17  | 門下：王者事帝，必嚴瀟脛容；臣下歸功，爰極推崇之義。既膺鴻號，式展盛儀，因時布和，順歲更始，前聖垂範，後人是遵。矧以眇身，幸逢昌運，雖履冰惟懼，而涉道未周，厶我輔臣，洎茲列岳，內盡交修之志，外分共理之憂。乃者虜眾乖離，部族款附，救帝子於氈裘之所，致名王為冠帶之臣。堅昆來朝，不遠萬里；夷貊嚮化，克同九州。重以上黨狂童，竊襲叛跡，問罪之師既集，元凶之首遂梟，廓清亂風，洗滌嗡住ｔ迥孥投故都底定，竄摩尼而壞法永除，由是退惡進賢，化行令舉，刑姦贓之吏，破黷貨之家。此皆宗社降靈，助成時政，豈朕涼德，獨擅厥功。而中外誠臣，文武多士，累陳懇疏，再舉鴻名。辭不獲從，被此虛美，是用虔告清廟，明瀋顯，煙燎所升，靈貺如答。既展郊禮，重申國經，宜因行慶之辰，誕布惟新之令，同我景福，永孚於休。可大赦天下。 |
