86  | ○壬辰大學士吳道南請罷湖口商稅言臣江西人也舟行往還必於鄱湖此湖水勢連天一出湖口淜渀駭目其前兩山突出僅餘一口數十丈平時舟人非柴米甚缺不敢少泊自設稅以來舟過其處凡報稅驗稅交稅輙經數日雖傍湖開一小渠又皆塞滿舟無泊處只得下錨於江中西風一發錨拔＜娂i索＞斷數舟相磕頃刻敗壞臣振腕傷心久矣自有撤回稅使之旨臣心私嘆以為今而後皆 皇上之再造時雖歸並有司猶恐泊舟如故臣敢冒死瀝血乞 皇上豁此數萬金以為蹈不測者延旦夕之活況今各處飢荒 皇上且普賜蠲賑以活之於死中則此之無勞於救而可振民於風波之厄又何憚而不蠲也不報 |
