史臣曰：明帝浊令分明，日晏坐朝，幽枉必逹，內外無倖曲之私，在上無矜大之色，斷獄得情，號居前代十二。故後之言事者，莫不先建武永平而鍾離意。宋均之徒常以察慧為言，夫豈度之未優邪！冬十月，以趙憙為太傅，牟融為太尉，並録尚書事。總領衆事也。尚書有録名，葢始于此，猶冢宰總已之羲。
