57  | 柚《爾雅》曰：柚條。又曰櫠椵。郭璞曰：「柚屬也，似橙而實酢，大於橘。」橘皮薄，味辛苦；柚皮厚而肥甘。其肉，有甘有酸；酸者名胡柑。一名條，一名櫾，一名壺柑，一名臭橙。《廣雅》謂之鐳。實有大小二種：小者如柑如橙，俗呼為蜜筩；大者如升如瓜，俗呼為朱欒。有圍及尺餘者，俗呼香欒。閩中、嶺外、江南皆有之。南人種其核；云：長成、以接柑橘，甚良《呂氏春秋》曰：果之美者，有雲夢之柚。 |
