《增定國朝館課經世宏辭》
1  | 蜚；隊興幣歡裰允圃蚰尤縭嵌淇晌：醪豢晌：酢Ｆ洹」抑ê酢Ｇ覐e塩之與倉屯均以事出者也。今巡塩槩避原籍。而何獨遺於倉屯有司離任未五年。不原官應避故里握符則何惑乎法不容而催可撓乎得遽差原在地方巡歷。懼夫事體之難行。而形跡之當避也。夫彼猶慮及其原官。而此何獨不虞其故里。此皆職之所未觧也。職。頃待罪南。竊見夫近年一二台臣。觀風原籍者。雖其握符攬轡。所至澄清蘇台鎮周。遠非甚匹。而方其被命之姑。長慮卻顧蹙。然不寧徒以有其命之不敢辭也。即堂官之循序疏請。亦豈不恤其私則。以舊例良然。不敢廢耳。故久之制。當定自朝廷。而善後之圖。湏詳於今日。伏乞特敕都察院。轉行南京都察院。除前奏差台臣容令循例竣事以後巡視京二倉。及屯田印馬御史合無照巡江事例俱令回避原籍地方。即使一時缺人亦湏委曲更調。庶㳒紀大同事權歸一。而風憲之體。益尊矣。職㳒垣也法司行事職掌所關一得之愚不敢不獻惟陛下裁擇焉。 |
