52  | 釋曰：《經》言犯者，鄭《注》略焉，孔《疏》以犯為犯上，於文未適也。民亂、蓋因無天澤爾，孔《疏》以為有君恩而不領，於義未析也。鄭《注》云：酌猶取也，鄭以為酌度而取之也，孔《疏》云：酌，取也，無猶之為言，失其義矣。《詩·角弓》云：如酌孔取，鄭《箋》云：孔取，謂度其所勝多少，凡器之孔，其量大小不同，其義也勝。讀平聲。涖，臨，《詩·采芑·毛傳》義也。民莫重於死，故鄭以死明重報焉。《尚書說》：民，人也。〈商頌〉歌殷先王矣，而曰：自古在昔，先民有作，蓋稱古之人君也。詢、謀，〈釋詁〉文，鄭以謀申酌施也。引《國語》者，〈周語〉文。韋《注》云：為，治也。《易·彖傳》云：益，損上益下，遂云天施地生、其益无方，蓋天施、則地承其施、以生也，〈坊記〉所以惟言天施也。《釋文》：施，始豉反，蓋舊讀去聲，今讀如字，平聲，以舊讀失成文之聲也。古義不以四聲異也。篇中讀先後字亦然。引《書》者，《周書·多士》文。此倒文也，猶曰其澤罔不配天，此言殷先王也。 |
