2  | 人君常以夏時修熒惑之政，則君正臣忠，父慈子孝，咸得其理，不失禮節矣。熒惑之政者，人君命大臣、三公訪傑俊，選賢良，舉長者。加爵出祿，必當其位。斷薄刑，決小罪，出輕係，寬重囚。益斈校，祈祀山川，雩請穀實。則熒惑順軌而無變異，其國有禮，咸得其宜，炎氣長物，以成百實。若人君興土功，合諸侯，起兵動眾，舉大事以搖養氣，壞隳我眾。伐大樹，失農時，燒燔布暴，芟刈草木，用火於南方。則熒惑怒而芒角變常，行度錯逆，大臣反，國相誅，人君憂，天殃罰之，民不昌，穀不成，萬物不長，兵旱災火並起。 |
