22  | 胡瓌，范陽人。工畫番馬，鋪敘巧密，近類繁冗，而用筆清勁。至於穹廬什器，射獵部屬，纎悉形容備盡。凡畫驝駞及馬等，必以狼毫制筆疏染，取其生意，亦善體物者也。有《陰山七騎》、《下程》、《盜馬》、《射雕》等圖傳于世。其後以筆法授子虔。梅堯臣嘗題瓌畫《胡人下馬圖》，其略云：「氈廬鼎列帳幕圍，鼓角未吹驚塞鴻。」又云：「素紈六幅筆何巧？胡瓌妙畫誰能通？」則堯臣之所與，故知瓌定非淺淺人也。今御府所藏六十有五： |
