131 | 英海部驗收雷艇章程:於水置浮樁,岸置木表,相隔一邁之遠。將船裝滿臨陣時應需物件,然後艇走兩樁間,順流逆潮各走三匝。岸上木表各置一人,記明時刻。如是合法之後,仍須開洋,滿汽逕駛三點鐘,以水程表計算若干邁。前後所得之數,每點鐘均不得少原約二十六英邁或二十二英海里。倘驗收不及此數,可將原艇退還。試驗北洋所造雷艇,每點鐘行二十三海里八八二,合英國二十七里半。又照二點鐘久行試驗,每點鐘行二十二海里九四零,合英國二十六里又十分之四。又將該艇駛入船塢,用木架起,拆驗船殼內外船身船底及輪機鍋爐,均無瑕疵。 |
134 | 曾侯派員考究造船之法,先詣抱士穆斯海口,次由卜利門司至里次暨紐卡塞爾海口各廠,詢訪情形。知英國造船大廠二十餘處,有專精機器者,有專製鋼料船壳者,有講求燒煤鍊鐵者,有專製爐火礮彈、集上等物料者,皆係承造國家船械之廠,分門別類製造。一船必須分購各廠材料,及原廠匠人經手承辦,始能成功。惟造船壳及礮,則推阿模士莊為最。 |
