61  | 門、港口、惠州、浮橋等處，皆為要津，請專委佐貳亷幹之員，駐守盤查。一，粤省行鹽原有生熟二引，熟鹽出歸徳等場生鹽出淡水等場，民間嗜好不一，有食生鹽者，有食熟鹽者。自尚逆在粤時，以生熟鹽引限令三、七配搭派往鹽埠，行銷民間多有不便，請嗣後隨商掣運，隨民買食，不拘定額，以利商民。一、掣鹽之地，多一次盤查，即多一次冗費。如佛山距省城不過三十里，省城掣定之鹽行至佛山，應免其復行稱掣。一、粵省鹽價㚥商多，任意増加，今各項陋規，俱令禁絶，商人雜耗既少，鹽價自宜少減。請酌水陸運費之多寡，以定鹽價之低昻逺者，以一分二釐為準，近者以七釐為準，如遇陰雨，量加一二釐。商民兩便，至奸商攙和沙土諸弊，一併嚴禁」。從之。 |
