10  | 本朝與貴國素無嫌隙，自興安嶺分界以後，更形輯睦，只緣道路遼遠，聘問久疏。邇來青海王羅卜藏丹津自作不順，侵我藩屬，擾我邊疆。我皇上特命某某等，率一旅之師，徵討不廷。螳臂擋車，安能持久。計自去歲至今，不及兩載，王帥已抵金川，殲厥渠魁，指日可待。惟風聞道路傳言，謂貴國有暗中相助之意。獨是貴國兵甲之強，聞於鄰國，今金川已糜爛若此，其非貴國相助，可想而知。特羅卜藏丹津窮困之餘，難免無赴貴國乞救求援之事，伏祈顧念交誼，絕其奢望，本朝實有厚望焉。附函珍珠若干，實物若干，敬祈哂納，伏乞垂鑒。 |
