139  | 注解：□麥也。周禮：籩實有麷。大鄭云：□麥曰麷。後鄭云：今河閒以北煑穜麥賣之名曰逢。後鄭謂逢卽麷之遺語也。穜，釋文直龍反，是穜稑之穜。程氏瑤田曰：□煑葢通偁。□，乾煎也。荀□子：午其軍，取其將，若撥麷。葢麥乾煎則質輕，撥去之甚易，故以為易之況。今南方蒸稬米為飯，曝乾煼之，呼為米蓬，與鄭云逢者合。籩食皆乾物，餌糍亦必以粉坌之。然則煑麥非麥粥也。今人通呼乾煎為煼。說文：鬻，□也。從麥豐聲，讀若馮。馮從馬仌聲。漢時馮姓之馮，葢已讀如今音矣。敷戎切。九部。 |
