34  | 人生寿夭因贪欲，听我从头说补益。要补益，锁心猿，牢拴意马养心田。若还不固贞元气，气散刑枯命不坚。保性命，要坚精，坚精之法不易寻。鸳鸯枕上叮咛记：莫使男儿先动心。初下手，调鼎器，温存偎抱胸前戏。摩含双乳他兴浓，呜唇咂舌通心气。手抚琴弦牝户幵，滑津流液真情至。玉茎坚刚宜浅深，九一之法留心记。鼓橐钥，往来诀；进则呼兮退则吸。舌拄上腭紧牙关，莫教气喘鑋精泄。他要紧，我不忙，深则益阴浅益阳。龙弱虎强宜缓刺，虎弱龙强势要刚．情意浓，莫贪味，保守丹田牢固济，鼎中春气蔼融和，周理神龟慢慢戏。如火热，少时舌冷如冰铁。真铅一点过吾来，补益天年莫乱说。莫乱说，莫乱转，此事不比那寻常。一度栽培一纪寿，十二周时陵地仙。」 |
