卷九 雜門

與潮宗之泛濫無異。觀其外顯之狀。頗有似乎哮喘。察其內發之因。反有類乎消中。消中由陰邪上僭。攝之可以漸疼。哮喘由表邪內陷。溫之可以暫安。此則外內合邪。兩難分解。溫之燥之升之攝之。咸非所宜。況乎觸發多端。治非一律。何怪時師之茫無統緒乎。予由是而因病製宜。特立玉竹飲子一方。為是証之專藥。臨證以意增減。庶幾款洽病情。其有兼挾客邪者。又須先徹標證。然後從本而施。自然信手合轍。如因感風寒而發。則香蘇散為至當。略加細辛以開肺氣。香豉以通腎邪。散標最捷。蓋香、蘇性降。可無升舉濁垢之虞。他如麻黃、桂枝、柴、防、升、葛、羌、獨、川芎等味。能鼓動痰氣。薄荷、荊芥、橘皮、蘇子等味。能耗散真氣。芩、連、知、柏、赤白芍、栝蔞根、石膏等味。能斂閉邪氣。皆宜遠之。因飲食而發。只宜金匱枳術湯。隨所傷之物而為參用。穀傷曲、 。酒傷煨葛。肉傷炮楂。面傷加草果。雞鴨卵傷加杏仁。痰食交結。
