41  | 太宗太平興國二年七月，開封府言：「汴水溢壞開封大寧堤，浸民田，害稼。」詔發懷、孟丁夫三千五百人塞之。三年正月，發軍士千人復汴口。六月，宋州言：「寧陵縣河溢，堤決。」詔發宋、亳丁夫四千五百人，分遣使臣護役。四年八月，又決於宋城縣，以本州諸縣人夫三千五百人塞之。 |
