《卷五十一戶政二十六榷酤》
14  | 一則例內開江關西關稅銀。照現行則例市平徵收。新關除五城地租外。其餘均照市平徵收等語。查順治十四年則例內稅。與現行則例。輕重懸殊之處。皆包有平砝在內。如工稅桶簍姜茶磁器木杓魚桶等項正耗。皆三八下平。青柳杉木稅。每兩包部砝五分。惟五城地租一項。與地丁錢糧相同。另收部砝。此現行則例。所以各稅項下皆載明市平徵收。而新關稅鈔。又聲明除五城地租也。查江寧市平。較部頒司砝每百兩輕二兩。而部頒關砝。又較部頒司砝。每百兩輕三錢。是市平較關砝。每百兩應輕一兩七錢。每一兩應輕一分七厘。民間蠅頭。分厘必較。則例內已包有平砝。則一切徵收。自應竟用市平。而市平或輕重不齊。即以一分一錢至十百兩遵照部砝。分出小砝。另減分厘錢兩。以合市平。俾零星小販。得沾分厘之惠。而大商大賈。亦服平砝之公矣。 |
