51  | 帝曰：有病腎風者，面胕痝然，壅害於言，可刺不？《素問·評熱病論》胕，浮腫也。痝然，失色貌。壅，重濁不清也。腎脈循喉嚨挾舌本，病風則腎脈不利，故壅害於言語。胕音附。痝 音芒。岐伯曰：虛不當刺，不當刺而刺，後五日其氣必至。虛者本不當刺，若為腫為實，以鍼瀉之，則真氣愈虛，邪必乘虛而至。後五日者，藏氣一周而復至其所傷之藏，病氣因而甚矣。帝曰：其至何如？岐伯曰：至必少氣時熱，時熱從胸背上至頭，汗出手熱，口乾苦渴，小便黃，目下腫，腹中鳴，身重難以行，月事不來，煩而不能食，不能正偃，正偃則咳，病名曰風水，論在刺法中。腎主水，風在腎經，即名風水。論在刺法中，即《水熱穴論》也，詳鍼刺類三十八。此節諸釋，俱如下文：惟熱從胸背上至頭及手熱等義未之及，或脫簡也。此病以腎陰不足而復刺之，則重傷真陰，乃成是病。蓋腎與膀胱為表裏，腎經自足上注胸中，膀胱經自頭項下行肩背，陰虛則陽勝，故熱從肩背上至頭而汗出也。手心主之脈入掌中，腎水不足則心火有餘，故又為手熱。《平人氣象論》曰：面腫曰風。足脛腫曰水。詳本類後五十九。 |
