| 12 | 桓子新論: | 聖王治國崇禮讓，顯仁義，以尊賢愛民為務，是為卜筮維寡，祭祀用稀，王翁好卜筮，信時日，而篤於事鬼神，多作廟兆，潔齋祀祭，犧牲殽膳之費，吏卒辨治之苦，不可稱道，為政不善，見叛天下，及難作兵起，無權策以自救解，乃馳之南郊告禱，搏心言冤，號興流涕，叩頭請命，幸天哀助之也。當兵入宮日，矢射矢射當作射矢交集，燔火大起，逃漸臺下，尚抱其符命書及所作威斗，可謂蔽惑至甚矣。 |
