兼：〔古文〕𥡝《唐韻》古甜切《集韻》《韻會》堅嫌切《正韻》古嫌切，𠀤音縑。《說文》幷也。从手禾。兼持二禾也。《徐曰》會意。秉持一禾，兼持二禾。可兼持者，莫若禾也。《易·繫辭》兼三才而兩之。《前漢·王莽傳》縣宰缺者，數年守兼。《註》師古曰：不拜正官，令人守兼也。又姓。《韻會》衞公子兼之後。
