《卫灵公》子曰：「有教无类。」
※：唯才是用，重才能和人品，轻门第，提倡全民教育。平等思想，最难能可贵。伟哉，先儒！

| Posted by: chunzai (chunzai) | 一说到孔子，都将他当作保守派典型。其实不然，他虽然有保守一面，在新形势下，也是一个大改革者，甚至时代弄潮儿，除了《论语》中许多举贤才的例子。孔子称赞子产和管仲，体现了他改革精神外。最明显的例子莫过于办私学。“有教无类”精神和思想为社会培养了大批人材，是对官学和贵族教育的大背叛，与当时“学在官府”的制度相背，是非常严重的背“礼”行为，体现了孔子思想解放的一面。
