曲能有誠， From those he can attain to the possession of sincerity.
誠則形， This sincerity becomes apparent.
形則著，From being apparent, it becomes manifest.
著則明，From being manifest, it becomes brilliant.
明則動，Brilliant, it affects others.
動則變，Affecting others, they are changed by it.
變則化。Changed by it, they are transformed.
唯天下至誠為能化。It is only he who is possessed of the most complete sincerity that can exist under heaven, who can transform.
