叔于田、Shu has gone hunting,
乘乘鴇、Mounted in his chariot with four grey horses.
兩服齊首、His two insides have their heads in a line,
兩驂如手。And the two outsides come after like arms.
叔在藪、Shu is at the marsh; -
火烈具阜。The fire spreads grandly all together.
叔馬慢忌、His horses move slowly;
叔發罕忌、He shoots but seldom;
抑釋掤忌、Now he lays aside his quiver;
抑鬯弓忌。Now he returns his bows to his case.
