永陽昭王蕭敷（461年 - 497年），字仲達，梁文帝蕭順之第二子，梁武帝蕭衍之兄，母為文獻皇后張尚柔。蕭敷仕齊，歷任後軍長沙王行參軍、太子舍人、太子洗馬、南海王友、丹楊尹丞、太子中舍人、建威將軍隋郡內史、寧朔將軍隋郡內史、後軍廬陵王諮議參軍。建武四年八月六日（497年9月18日），蕭敷去世，享年三十七歲。
天監元年四月八日（502年4月30日），蕭衍建立梁朝，追贈蕭敷侍中、司空，追封永陽郡王，食邑二千戶，謚曰昭王。
