64  | 按：夏州當五代之時，自開平訖顯德終始五十三年，暮楚朝秦，充然無復廉恥。然其表附北漢，則有可取焉。蓋郭威篡奪漢祚，弒湘陰公，四方藩鎮靡然從之。於時北顧太原，危如一線，彞殷獨以邊方慕義，力扶孱弱，是真不以成敗利鈍之見存於中者也。 |
